Tai-Robics is specially designed so you can start at any time - there is no set beginning - and it is also designed so you can occasionally miss classes without falling behind.
Group classes are limited to a maximum of six people in Petersfield, ten in Blendworth Hills and three in Kerrison's private studio in Horndean - so you get enough individual attention to help you progress rapidly.
1-2-1 sessions (with or without a detailed fitness assessment and personalised health and fitness plan) can be booked in Horndean. Or get together with up to three friends or family to have your own group at whatever time is best for you.

Tuesday mornings. Prompt start for beginners/intermediates at 9am or 11am and for intermediates/advanced at 10am. The 10am class is now full.

The 9am class focusses more on posture, balance, co-ordination, breathing and physical self-awareness and does not include the cardio or fat-burn components.

At the core of Tai-Robics is a greatly simplified 12-move tai chi sequence. You learn three moves in each class, starting slow, smooth and flowing. Then we put on some music and use the rhythm for helping the moves sink deep into muscle memory. Then we take it up a couple of levels to turn on fat-burning and cardio. Then we cool down and end up being guided through the whole 12-move sequence. You end the session feeling energised, refreshed and happy.
Tai-Robics is specially designed to cover the gaps in other systems. Its really unique feature is the way it dramatically improves your sense of body-awareness - how you stand, how you breathe, how you move. As well as fat-burn and cardio you will be amazed at how it improves your co-ordination and your quality of movement.
